Shipping
- Made to order: every item is printed for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Delivery: US standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after production, so plan on about 1–2 weeks total.
- Free shipping on orders of $60+. Below $60, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Christmas: order by December 8 for the best chance of US delivery before Christmas.
- Multiple items: items may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & exchanges
Because everything is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective? We'll make it right. Email jwatsoniv@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
Personalized items are final sale. They can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We print names exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling.
Lost packages: if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help.
Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't cover reshipping for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
